How long does an Apartment Complex have to evict you?

Throwing things out of the house is only a thing of the movies, or if you fail to heed to the notice. However, in the real world, there are some formalities that the landlord will need to conform to.
Firstly, you will need to remember that every state has different regulations when it comes to tenant eviction. There are several strict procedures that have to be followed before your landlord can legally evict you. One of the laws requires the landlord to follow several standards along with sending multiple eviction notices.
Eviction with cause
If you have violated your apartment laws, lease agreement, or rental contract then this the type of eviction notice you will receive. There are three different sections to it, Pay Rent or Quit, Cure or Quit, and Unconditional Quit. The first is, as the name states, that you either pay the rent you are running behind, within three to four days, on or quit your lease. Cure or Quit would require you to correct your bad behavior or leave. The last one, also the worst one is where you are asked to leave without getting any chance for redemption.
Eviction without cause
In some cases, you might be asked to evict the property even if you have been on your best behavior and given your rent on time. Typically you will have 30 to 60 days to move out. This lengthened time has been designed to allow you some time to find another place to move into. Either you can move out on your own accord, or you can file a lawsuit with an able attorney.
